This week in RE we will look at the important words in the Eucharistic prayer.

This will help us get ready for our First Holy Communion.

Family Mass

Well done to Year 2 for leading the liturgy at Mass. Today is the first Sunday of Lent. Father asked children from our school to come up to the Altar to show the parish how well we are getting on with learning the new words for mass. Father has asked us all to learn the Gloria and the Creed during Lent.

Romans - Boudicca

This week in History we will continue our work on Boudicca. Last week we looked at a description of her. In our next lesson we will find out her story and why she is called the warrior queen!

RE work

In RE next lesson we will be looking at the healing of the Paralysed man. We will use this video in our lesson and think about how it links into our Lenten work.

Music

In Music this term we have been making rhythmic patterns. This video shows how a choir can make the most fantastic sound if they stick to the rhythm. What do you think?

Literacy

This week we will be writing our own Adventure stories using our story mountain plans. Your ideas sound fantastic - we can not wait to read them!
