Hosanna Rock!
The Angel Gabriel appears to Elizabeth
This week we will continue our work on the Angel Gabriel appearing to Mary.
How did she feel when she heard the amazing news? Here are some of the sentences you came up with!
'I felt petrified because I did not know what was happening when I saw a bright light'
'I felt special when I realised that God had chosen me.'

What is going to happen to our hero?
Last week we wrote the setting to our myth. How will our hero save the day?
Many years ago, it was a warm and starry night in the enormous city.
The sky was bright orange, and as shiny as Christmas wrapping paper. The huge buildings glittered with their warm lights.
The people on the streets were rushing because they wanted to get to their comfy homes.
The roads were full of zooming cars, beeping their horns.
Suddenly ...

Hickory Dickory Dock!
This is a fun way of checking your understanding of time - you need to get the answers right to feed the mouse with cheese. Watch out! - if you get the answers wrong, the mouse will go hungry!
