Next week is Science Week

We will be doing lots of fun science work next week. Our main focus will be keeping teeth healthy and we will share these two stories as part of our literacy lesson. Look at this link below if you would like a preview.

We will also be investigating shadows (if the weather is sunny) and we will be having a go at a few 'fun experiments' to see what they can teach us about the laws of science!!!!

Well done everyone, including all of us in Year three, for the work that you did for our Life Aware Fayre. Our school were overall winners of the Primary Enterprise Challenge this year!

Making sandwiches

This week in DT we will be making our healthy sandwiches. Remember to bring in an apron from home if you have one!!

Having researched modern Egypt, next week we will step into our time machine and start to investigate ancient Egypt. What do you already know? We will also find out about how mummies are made!

On Friday

On Friday some of our health reps will be going to the Council House in Birmingham to tell the judges about our BXL project. We will explain about our Health Fayre and the role of each of the classes. Well done Year 3 this week for helping Miss Cranmer and Miss Trodden put some bits of our project together!
